  • Regenerative Thermal Oxidation(RTO)

    This equipment is used to purify industrial exhaust gases and uses ceramic heat storage materials to efficiently process the exhaust gases generated and collected in all stages of production, realizing economic energy savings. When the exhaust air volume is very large, the equipment can also be operated according to the system optimization. Under suitable solvent concentration conditions, the system can realize self-heating operation.

    This equipment is used in the working condition of simple exhaust gas composition and low to medium concentration.     Pulse dust collector is a new type of high efficiency dust collector developed on the basis of conventional dust collector. It not only synthesizes the advantages of compartmentalized blowback and pulse blowing cleaning, but also lengthens the filter bag, gives full play to the role of strong blowing cleaning under low air pressure, overcomes the drawback of low intensity of compartmentalized blowback cleaning, has the advantages of pulse blowing cleaning and dust filtration at the same time, prevents dust re-attachment and loss of control, thus improving the filtration speed, saving the energy consumption of dust cleaning and prolonging the service life of the filter bag.
