Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation(RCO)

This equipment is used in the working condition of simple exhaust gas composition and low to medium concentration. The catalyst unit module is added to the heat storage layer of the thermal oxidation device, and the catalytic oxidation technology is used to realize the self-heating operation of the treatment device in the case of low concentration of exhaust gas.

Theory

This technology is developed on the basis of the thermal regenerative thermal oxidation device. A layer of catalyst is arranged on the ceramic thermal regenerative layer of the device, so that the incoming exhaust gas can be catalytically oxidized under the condition of medium temperature, thus realizing the purification and treatment of the exhaust gas.

Reaction Temperature: 280~350℃

Oxygen Content: >4 Vol%+Stoichiometric ratio

Allowable Concentration: Maximum temperature of catalyst outlet~ 650°C (VOCs <1.5 g/Nm³ )

Emission Standard: C<20mg/Nm³, NOx<50mg/Nm³

Heating Energy: Gas and electricity

Applicable Condition: No catalyst poisons
