This technology is developed on the basis of the thermal regenerative thermal oxidation device. A layer of catalyst is arranged on the ceramic thermal regenerative layer of the device, so that the incoming exhaust gas can be catalytically oxidized under the condition of medium temperature, thus realizing the purification and treatment of the exhaust gas.
