Catalytic Oxidation(CO)

The equipment purifies industrial exhaust gases by catalytic oxidation in a low-temperature oxidation chamber. The use of a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger enables self-heating operation even when the concentration of exhaust gases is not high.

Theory

The organic waste gas is sent to the catalytic oxidation chamber after preheating through the system, and is fully oxidized and cracked into carbon dioxide and water vapor under the action of catalyst. The high-temperature clean air discharged from the catalytic oxidizer passes through the high-efficiency heat exchanger to transfer the heat to the untreated room-temperature organic waste gas, realizing the internal self-cycling of the system's energy, which can greatly reduce the overall system's energy consumption, and the clean gas after the heat exchange is discharged through the chimney.
