Thermal Oxidizer (TO)

This equipment is used to deal with hazardous waste incineration, as well as petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries generated by the medium and high concentration of waste gas and waste liquids, especially suitable for waste gas from many sources, and there are large changes in air volume, components, concentration and other working conditions.

Theory

Treatment of exhaust gases/waste liquids by the principle of high temperature oxidation. The direct-fired thermal oxidizer (TO) fully oxidizes and decomposes the waste gas/liquid when the conditions of oxygen supply, combustion temperature, residence time and turbulence are met. When the concentration of exhaust gas reaches certain conditions, no other fuel input is required and heat self-balancing can be realized.
