Firstly, the exhaust gas is heated to a temperature close to that of thermal oxidation through the heat accumulator, and then it enters the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation. The temperature of the oxidized gas increases, and the organic matter is basically converted into carbon dioxide and water. After the purified gas reaches another heat accumulator, the temperature drops and can be discharged after reaching the emission standard. The heat absorption and exotherm of the exhaust gas in different heat accumulator chambers are controlled through valves.
